Overview
The Invent Distribution Centre was our first partnership with Invent Alliance. It is a multi-use commercial and office building sitting on a 2,600sqm lot. This 3-floor building is clad in burnt bricks, glass and aluminum, and is made up of an appx 7,000cbm volume grade-A dry goods warehouse space and a 144cbm cold room.
The building also houses a state-of-the-art bakery, wholesale retail outlet, a data center, and 300sqm of leasable office space. It is nested along the Lekki corridor and close to the prestigious Lagos Business School.
