Overview
The Invent Apartment (one of our many partnerships with Invent Alliance, called the Invent properties) was conceived with the students of the Lagos business School at the heart of the design process. It is a residential development made up of 2 blocks with 4 levels each housing a total of 23 apartments (three units of 1 bedroom apartment, Nineteen units of 2 bedrooms and One unit of 3-bedroom apartment).
As expected of the Archipuncture Atelier, the design for each unit is tropicalized, free flowing and functional. To make it efficient for the students, breakout rooms have been provided in each block to aid group study. The development also has a reception, kitchen and laundry services run by the facilities managers.
